    UAB is a unique blend of precision machine shop and rotolining facility combined with extensive engineering expertise.  

    Our precision machining capabilities include a full range of CNC Milling, CNC Turning and manual machines  supported by Mastercam CAD/CAM software.  We specialize in short production runs and proto-typing and have 4th axis capabilities.  We are a job shop and would welcome your business.   Please send quote requests to Sergey or call us at 215-785-4483.

    We make a number of products for the semiconductor industry using our unique skills, most notably the Megasonic Wafer Carriers for the CFM Full-Flow and Omni Systems.  We also repair Wafer Carriers, RF Generators and FSI Turntables used by the semiconductor industry.

    We offer rotolining services, which include fixture development.

    Proto-typing and product development is where UAB can add value.  We have helped clients develop new products and helped with manufacturing developement.
