UAB has been in the precision machining business for over 30 years.

Capabilities

We provide CNC Milling and CNC Turning services.  Our CNC Mills have 4th axis capability, allowing us to produce sophisticated parts.  Our manual equipment is frequently useful for simple parts or secondary operations.

Our largest Mill can machine parts 64" in length and our largest Lathe can turn parts 27" in diameter. 

We use Mastercam to control all of our CNC equipment which can accept your prints in most electronic formats. 

The machining value we add is due to making the part to spec, inspecting them to insure quality and delivering them on time.  We label all parts with your part number, description and your PO number for your convenience and future reference.  We use outside vendors for coatings and we can laser etch your parts.

Our specialty lies in prototyping and small quantity production, but we frequently do substantial production runs.  We communicate with clients as needed when we manufacture your parts and can offer suggestions on manufacturability.
